Central Penn College

Central Penn College is one of the Occupational Therapy Assistant Schools in Pennsylvania that is still in Accreditation status. Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology

Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology offer OTA Associate Degree and still in Applicant status. The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) associate degree program at the Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology (CPI) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). Graduates of the CPI OTA program will be eligible to sit for the national certification examination for the Occupational Therapy Assistant administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). After successful completion of this exam, the individual will be a Registered Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). In order to maintain active registration as a COTA, all states require licensure. Community College of Allegheny County/Boyce Campus

The Community College of Allegheny County’s Occupational Therapy Assistant program is one of only four Occupational Therapy Assistant schools in Pennsylvania that is still accepting Accreditations for the Fall 2020 semester. The other three Occupational Therapy Assistant schools in Pennsylvania have already reached their capacity for the Fall 2020 semester. If you are interested in becoming an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you should apply to the Community College of Allegheny County as soon as possible. The Occupational Therapy Assistant program at the Community College of Allegheny County is a two-year program that will prepare you to work as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in a variety of settings, such as hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and schools.
