Occupational Therapy Assistant Schools in Puerto Rico is a small college located in the city of Mayaguez. The college was founded in 2015 with the goal of providing quality Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) education. The college is currently in candidacy status for accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE). If granted, this would make Occupational Therapy Assistant Schools in Puerto Rico the only accredited OTA program in Puerto Rico.

The college offers an Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant. The two-year program includes coursework in anatomy and physiology, psychology, and Occupational Therapy theory and practice. The program also includes a clinical fieldwork component, giving students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with clients. Upon graduation, students are eligible to take the national certification exam to become a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
